Hello wolfpack!

Welcome, and congrats on being picked to be a part of the 2022-23 wolf pack for CBL! Below is a link to a video describing the basic schematics we will be using this box lacrosse season. I will be sending out a video each week after our games breaking down how we played and what we can improve upon.
